Plots are shown for ten and 100 loci of the 377 autosomal markers. K = 6 for each plot, which represents the run of highest probability out of ten structure runs for that subset of the full data. The bottom plot is the plot shown in Figure 1 of Rosenberg et al. [6] for K= 6. Black vertical lines separating populations are omitted for clarity.
