Each disease portal is designed to consolidate data for a particular category of disease -- both across species and across data types. The inclusion of data for rat, mouse and human, and syteny views of the three genomes, facilitate cross-species comparisons. Links to individual report pages for genes, strains and QTL give users a more complete view of their data of interest.
