The area below the lower (red) line indicates high risk, the area above the upper (blue) line indicates low risk. The area between these lines identifies variants of intermediate risk. TA activity is displayed as mean percentage of wt for three to four experiments conducted in sextuplicates, with error bars representing the standard deviation (n ≥ 18). The background is measured in cells transfected exclusively with reporter plasmids pGAL4-e1b-Luc (Firefly) and phRG-TK (Renilla)
