Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) localization of the Le-Cre transgene to chromosome 16. Co-localization of fluorescently labeled DNA probes for both CRE (green signal) and BAC DN-4E11, a mouse BAC from chromosome 16 (red signal) confirmed the chromosomal location of the Le-Cre transgene insertion.
