miR-545 elevates cell proliferation and eliminates apoptosis through targeting CXCL16. Results of in vitro functional experiments demonstrated that miR-545 was involved in the effects of CXCL16 on a, b cell viability and c apoptosis, n = 3 independent experiments. **P < 0.01 vs. control, ##P < 0.01 vs. H/R, &P < 0.05 and &&P < 0.01 vs. H/R + CXCL16, and @P < 0.05 and @@P < 0.01 vs. H/R + si-CXCL16.
