Table 3 Comparison among trisomy 21 (T21) or normal control (n) blood cell transcriptome maps obtained by RNA-Seq (present study) and microarray and RNA-Seq (different studies) experiments and analysed by TRAM. For each comparison, the number of genes in common between the two compared studies, and the number of the unique gene for each study are indicated. For each comparison, Spearman correlation coefficients (r) are calculated on common genes (p<.0001 by the JMP software for all comparisons). WBC white blood cells. Details about the studies used in the following comparisons are listed in Supplementary Table 11
