Immunofluorescence in Xenopus laevis oocytes expressing wild-type c-Myc-hNaPi-IIb (WT), mutants (Lys304Ter, Leu443fs, Thr468del, and Gln486Ter), non-injected (NI) control oocytes, and oocytes with no secondary antibody (NS).
