Each node in the figure denotes a particular food item, and node size in each case is scaled by the derived enrichment score based on the diversity and relative levels of molecules with predicted anti-COVID-19 properties. The links between nodes reflect the pairwise correlation (“similarity”) antiviral profiles in foods; thus, the clusters of foods illustrate molecular commonality between them.
