The Y-axis displays eight adjusted metabolite features, including Hippurate, 3-phosphoglycerate, CE (C14:0), LPE (C18:0), 6-phosphogluconate, PC (C36:1), GSH, and sarcosine. On the X-axis, each metabolic pathway is represented by 87 metabolic genes, including amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleotides
