  1. Correct and misclassification of CHB and JPT individuals to their correct geographical region of origin differs for each chromosome. For example, correct classification to their regions of origin for CHB individuals range from 23 per cent (for Chr 6) to 33 per cent (for Chr X and Chr 22).
